Abstract and Full Paper Submission

The abstracts will be accepted in English only. The abstracts must be submitted via the link below, and follow the Template of Abstract or Template of Full Paper . The author is solely responsible for ethical and scientific content of the submission as well as for its proper grammatical form. Accepted abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts of the conference.

Minimum Requirement Paper

    1. Submitted papers must align with the scope of the conference.
    2. The overall similarity level should not exceed 15%, with a maximum of 2% from each source.
    3. Quality Criteria of The Article :
      1. The originality of the work is evaluated based on its relevance and novelty.
      2. The problem of the work under consideration is required to demonstrate sound motivation and highlight the scientific interest of the results.
      3. The article is assessed to determine whether significant parts have already been published.
      4. The content of the work is examined to ensure it holds sufficient scientific interest to justify its length.
    4. The author may submit up to 2 papers (including as a co-author).

Selected papers will be published in IOP* Conference Proceedings or some reputable journals (accredited by SINTA), which is subjected to terms and conditions stipulated by editorial boards.

The unpublished articles in Scopus indexed IOP Seminar Proceedings it will be redirected for publication in partnering national journals with minimum SINTA 4 accreditation. Authors must agree to a publication consent statement, allowing them to choose either to proceed with publication in a partner journal or to withdraw the manuscript without requesting a refund of any fees paid.

This conference has a strict policy on no-shows. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference, either by appearing physically or online.

Papers with no-show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science or our partner journal. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
